      Otsego List REGULAR list for receiving individual messages as they are posted to the list. After sending your message to the address you will get a confirmation notice which you need to respond to so as to finish the subscription.

If you want messages in a digest format that will be in the instructions with your subscription note.  Personally since the list is so slow, I wouldn't recommend it.
